Academic Staff

Each applicant should have a good university degree from a recognised university and a relevant teaching qualification such as Diploma in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Applicants should preferably have a few years of experience teaching in local secondary schools. Fresh (Honors) graduates who have read or majored in the teaching subject(s) may be considered as well.

Relief Teaching

Applicants should have good ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels results (or equivalent) for their core academic subject(s). Fresh graduates are welcome too. As relief teaching positions are on a short-term basis, we regret that only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents will be considered.

Non-Academic Staff

1) Administrative Officer (CCPE)

The Administrative Officer will provide support to teachers in the planning and delivery of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and work closely with them in the management of the administrative and operational aspects of CCAs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist CCA Cockpit Coordinator via School Cockpit System (SCS) in updating of students’ records and generating reports
• Collation of Direct Student Application (DSA) applicants’ list
• Collation and update of students’ CCA participation data
• Assist the Group Head/Sports in management of coaches/ instructors and termination letter for Contract Agreement
• Assist Head/PE(CCA) and Group Head/Sports in consolidating all school activities, events conducted during the school holidays and track weekly outdoor school activities
• Assist in inventory management for PE and CCAs equipment
• Responsible for any other administrative duties such as Facilities Bookings & Management, Survey, CCA workplans etc
• Any other duties assigned by the School

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline; Candidates with GCE ‘A’ Level Certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience (e.g. event/sports management) may be considered
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Good planning, analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office
• Prior knowledge and experience with School Cockpit System is an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work well with students, parents and other stakeholders of the School
• Ability to work independently and as a team player


2) Senior Facilities Officer (AV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Facilities Officers on the support and maintenance of in-house audio-visual equipment
• Providing guidance on proper use of audio and video equipment and peripherals
• Trouble-shooting, servicing and maintenance of audio-visual and video conferencing systems/ equipment
• Installation, testing and maintenance of all technical facilities
• Responsible in compilation of service reports/ records
• Any other duties assigned by the School

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience; ITE holders will also be considered favourably with at least 3 – 4 years relevant experience
• Candidates with supervisory experience will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of various Audio & Visual equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills


3) Facilities Officer (AV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling, installing and maintaining of AV Equipment
• Providing support in set-up and operating a wide variety of AV equipment in lecture halls, classrooms and/or ad-hoc requests by students for special events
• Managing AV equipment such as overhead projectors, LCD panels, sound systems, screens etc.
• Making routine decisions concerning the operation of AV equipment and providing information to users
• Maintaining records and files pertinent to the operation of the equipment and making minor repairs as required
• Any other duties assigned by the School

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O/A Level or ITE certification with keen interest in handling AV equipment
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of various Audio & Visual equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work long hours and/or during weekends if required


4) Library Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• In-charge of the library counter operations and manage the circulation and information counter
• Provide quality customer service to library users
• Update the database information and register new patrons
• Maintain library facilities and resources including video players, computers, DVDs
• Prepare displays for current awareness such as posters, brochures, etc
• Process ad-hoc library materials like barcoding, tagging and update into system
• Classify, catalog and organize library materials which include shelving and weeding
• Assist the Library Officer in stock-taking
• Maintain general cleanliness, tidiness and discipline in the library
• Any other duties assigned by the School

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels/ ITE equivalent
• Prior working experience in a Library is preferred but not a must
• Basic knowledge of IT applications
• Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills and strong initiatives
• Demonstrate high level customer service skills
• Able to perform shift duties
