Swimming

Description

Swimming is a sport unlike any other; it requires full commitment, talent and discipline. It develops one’s mental and physical strength, as well as a strong team spirit. Hence, our swimmers’ desire for victory spurs them to push their limits in training at least thrice a week. Over the years, the Raffles Swim Team has achieved much glory for the school and themselves.

In the 50th Schools National Swimming Championship (2009), our B and C divisions clinched the 1st runner-up positions. RIST hope to do one better by winning at least one national title in the coming championship in April 2010.
