Description
1. To uphold and preserve the traditions of the school by keeping the Rafflesian Spirit alive.
2. To lead in the organisation of school functions and activities, and to rally the
support of the student body for such occasions.
3. To set discipline standards and inspire good conduct in Rafflesians.
4. To represent the views and opinions of the pupils and to help meet their needs.
5. To help integrate new pupils of the school into the Rafflesian way of life.
